Open our suspension setup worksheet and fill it out. Print off completed copy’s for each box you are sending and a copy for yourself. You can E-mail a copy to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can FAX a copy to us as you are shipping out your suspension.

When we receive your components they are tagged and in process for the tear down and initial inspection.
Once we have your components disassembled and inspected, all specifications of the current setup, settings and specs are recorded. You will receive a call from us and we will further go over your needs and discuss in detail what you are after.
At this time we will have a complete estimate for you. Upon your approval your components will be reworked for final assembly, we will be able to tell you when they will be completed and ready for return ship back to you.
